At Cycle Peak, we want every rider to feel confident when ordering gear from our store. Our team carefully selects products designed for real roads, real climbs, and real riding conditions. Every item in our shop is chosen with performance, durability, and rider comfort in mind.
However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit or may not meet your expectations. When that happens, our return and refund policy is designed to provide a clear and fair solution so you can continue shopping with confidence.
Return Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your product, we may unfortunately be unable to offer a return or refund.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. The product must also be returned with its original packaging and tags, ensuring it remains in proper condition during the return process.
This policy allows us to maintain the quality standards our customers expect when ordering cycling gear.
How to Start a Return
If you would like to return an item, the first step is to submit a request through our Returns Center.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide instructions on how and where to send the returned product. Returns that are sent without prior authorization may not be accepted, as we need to properly register and track the return before it arrives.
After your returned item reaches our facility, it will be inspected by our team to confirm that it meets the return requirements.
Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and approved after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are generally processed within five business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund has not yet appeared, we recommend contacting your payment provider first. If you still need assistance, our support team will gladly help investigate the situation.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please accept our sincere apologies. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we will always work quickly to resolve any issues.
In these cases, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we may ask for a short description and photos of the product you received.
Our goal is always to make things right and ensure you can continue riding with confidence.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or prefer another item, the easiest way to handle this is to submit a return request and place a new order for the desired product once the return has been approved.
This approach allows you to receive the replacement item faster rather than waiting for an exchange to be processed manually. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the standard refund procedure.
If your exchange request is related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team directly so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and product quality standards, certain items may not be eligible for return once they have been opened or used. Products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or extended use after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
All items must be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags intact. This policy ensures that every customer receives new and unused products when placing an order.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, we recommend contacting our support team before sending the product back. Our team will gladly review your request and provide guidance.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in preparation or shipping, which means changes may no longer be possible.
